A BIT ABOUT MY APPROACH TO THERAPY
As an LMFT specializing in trauma, my therapeutic approach is founded on a holistic and client-centered perspective. My chosen treatment modalities and interventions are selected and adjusted based on you, your goals, and what we are focusing on. Collaboration plays a vital role in our work together, as I deeply value your expertise in your own life.

All services can be done via Telehealth video anywhere in CA and in-person downtown Santa Barbara. Telehealth video sessions are conducted on a HIPAA-compliant platform.

What to Expect in Our First Session
I believe in tailoring each therapy session to your unique needs and experiences, ensuring that your personal quest towards healing is personalized and meaningful. By fostering a trusting and supportive environment, my goal is to empower you and provide a safe space for you to face up to your trauma and embark on the transformative process of recovery.

Background
After reading Philosophy and Psychology at Durham University, I moved to Santa Barbara in 2013 to complete my Master's in Clinical Psychology — and, admittedly, to catch up on some lost sunshine. I've been practising in Santa Barbara since 2015, completed my EMDR training in 2019, and have since gone on to become an EMDR Certified Therapist, EMDRIA-Approved Consultant, and EMDR Trainer.

Alongside my own clinical work, I train and consult with other therapists developing their EMDR practice. This deeper engagement with the model — teaching it, refining it, and staying close to its evolution — continues to shape how I show up with my own clients.

Where eligible, reimbursement is sent directly to you by your insurance provider
