EMDR Therapy

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) offers you a nurturing and confidential space to heal from unresolved conflicts, emotions and past events. By reprocessing those painful experiences and tenderly caring for your wounded self, our aim is to significantly reduce the emotional weight they carry and cultivate deep healing. This healing journey will empower you to move forward in life with increased resilience, enhanced emotional well-being, and a profound sense of inner wholeness.

EMDR Therapy for Individuals and Couples

As a certified EMDR therapist, I am here to support you in not only processing and healing from past traumas but also in addressing those tender attachment wounds and providing comfort to your younger, wounded self. This personalized approach allows you to explore your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, set meaningful goals, and develop effective coping strategies. Through sharing your stories, challenges, and life experiences, therapy becomes a ritual space for you to release what isn't serving you and connect with your inner wisdom.

In our EMDR sessions, we'll work side by side to unlock the vast healing potential within you. I will be by your side, offering my insight and reflection along the way, supporting you in your journey to cultivate meaning, deepen your sense of purpose, and improve your relationships with both loved ones and yourself.

Do you accept insurance?

I am on a handful of insurance panels and I do save a few spots in my practice for insurance clients!

I can accept CA Anthem Blue Cross and individuals with CenCal insurance.

If I’m not in-network with your insurance, I partner with Reimbursify and can submit superbills on your behalf to help streamline reimbursement. You’re welcome to contact your insurance company ahead of time to understand your benefits, or I’m happy to help check your coverage with you. Where eligible, reimbursement is sent directly to you by your insurance provider

Do you have any sliding scale?

Yes — I believe deeply that access to trauma-informed care matters, and I keep a small number of reduced-fee spots in my practice for clients who would otherwise be unable to work with me.

These spots are limited and not always available. They're offered on the basis of genuine financial need, and prioritised for clients whose trauma work is a close fit for my specialties. If cost is a barrier for you, do mention this when you reach out and we can have an honest conversation about whether a reduced fee is possible.

For clients using out-of-network benefits, I'd also encourage you to ask about my superbill process through Reimbursify — many PPO plans reimburse a significant portion of session costs, which can make full-fee therapy rather more accessible than it first appears.

Good Faith Estimate

If you are opting out of using insurance, you have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.
