TERI
My work is integrative and draws from Adlerian, Multicultural, and Family Systems perspectives. I’m interested in understanding your life within the context of your relationships, cultural experiences, and early influences. Therapy is a place to understand these experiences more clearly and begin responding to them differently. Together, we look at how patterns of belonging, identity, and meaning have shaped the way you move through the world—and how those patterns might begin to shift.
Adolescents & Adults
I work with adults and young people navigating relationship challenges, stress, or the weight of ongoing responsibilities. I offer a space where you can talk openly and feel supported. My approach is thoughtful and collaborative.
Anxiety and Overwhelm
Life can feel overwhelming when responsibilities pile up, relationships become strained, or old patterns keep repeating themselves. You may find yourself taking on more than feels manageable for others while quietly feeling stretched thin. We’ll explore your beliefs about yourself, patterns in your relationships, and emotional responses that may be contributing to what you’re going through. Through reflection, curious questions, and conversation, we work toward greater clarity and new ways of responding to life’s demands.
Relationships and Family Dynamics
I also work with couples and families who want to improve communication, better understand one another, and strengthen their relationships. You may recognize yourself in feeling responsible for a lot—keeping things together for others while your own needs get pushed aside. Or you may notice patterns in relationships that leave you feeling frustrated or discouraged.
